The Challenge
Medibank wanted a platform to ensure seamless patient engagement in clinics. This platform needed to be consumer grade and provide a great experience for users. The project had an extremely tight timeframe but required high-quality implementation with secure handling of sensitive medical information.
Our Solution
Michael was engaged to lead delivery and integrations on the new Medibank doctor mobile app using a modern UX Design and Mobile technology approach. We rapidly organized a delivery team to design and build an end-to-end mobile experience with careful considerations for secure handling of information and performance.
Implementation Approach
Our contribution included design and strategy workshops, UX & UI design work, front-end and back-end development, and comprehensive user testing with satisfaction surveys. Despite the tight timeframe, we delivered a complete solution that met all security and performance requirements while providing an exceptional user experience.
